BG City schools are closed today. I figure if they are closed then Warren County schools must be closed also.

Seems that a lot of the Schools in the Commonwealth are closed for the safety of the students being transported to and from school but the Football games? They must go on, who gives a dam about the safety of those same students who won't be going to class today because of safety issue but are being driven to BG! Honestly what a joke!

As much as I'd like to see the games played I have to agree with you. I feel for the teams scheduled to play today. Everyone needs to stay safe!

Geeez, I hope these games don't come down to a coin flip...

Per WKMS, all roads in to LBL have been closed. Not sure if that means HWY 80... probably not. My guess is a lot of folks from Mayfield would take 80 to Bowling Green. So stay safe. Also reported in Mayfield that HWY 45 is beginning to ice, and ice quickly.

I can't say for certain, but I am willing to venture that all 6 games would have already been called if it were not it being the finals.

Purples game Sunday at 2pm

Highlands game is Saturday at 3:00 Eastern.

The time for tomorrow's state football finals has been moved to 2pm CST (3pm our time). This game time is one hour earlier than the original game time. Please monitor the District's website, Twitter or Facebook pages for updates.
