December 4, 201312 yr That I agree with but what has he shown in big games or in the playoffs the last couple years that would have anyone believe he can go Flacco style and rip off 11 TD's 0 INT's and perform in the playoffs? Before last year Flacco had already proven the playoff stage wasn't too big for him. Here's where it does get interesting. How far do Murray and Mettenberger fall down the board with their knee injuries. If one of those two is staring at the Bengals in Rd 3 they would have to take a long, hard look...
December 4, 201312 yr Here's where it does get interesting. How far do Murray and Mettenberger fall down the board with their knee injuries. If one of those two is staring at the Bengals in Rd 3 they would have to take a long, hard look... Agreed.
December 4, 201312 yr You guys are funny. Nervous cats worried your QB will spoil your shot. You should just relax and enjoy the ride.
December 4, 201312 yr Author One thing no one can deny about Dalton is he has shown a pretty remarkable ability for a young QB to win on the road. He's 14-9 thus far on the road. The most difficult thing to do in the NFL is win on the road and he's done it very well.
December 4, 201312 yr The Bengals haven't lost at home all year....3 of their final 4 are at home, and they have a 2 games lead. They aren't losing the division. 2-game lead over Baltimore with the last one against Baltimore who owns the tie-breaker. So its really a one-game lead.
December 4, 201312 yr Author 2-game lead over Baltimore with the last one against Baltimore who owns the tie-breaker. So its really a one-game lead. Again, they aren't losing the division. The Ravens still play @Detroit, vs. New England, and @Cincinnati. No chance they win out, which is what will have to happen to win the division.

December 4, 201312 yr Author Be nice for the Ravens to beat NE and lose the other two. Not to this guy it wouldn't.
December 4, 201312 yr Bengals should go after Kirk Cousins. A few years ago, I'd have said yes, but seeing how the Matt Flynn situation unfolded gives me pause.
December 4, 201312 yr Again, they aren't losing the division. The Ravens still play @Detroit, vs. New England, and @Cincinnati. No chance they win out, which is what will have to happen to win the division. It kind of scares me you saying this. I have heard people tell me the last 3 seasons no way the Bengals can do something, and they do it. So it scares me now to hear someone say there is no way the Bengals don't win the division lol. I will be more comfortable once the Bengals get to 10 wins.
December 4, 201312 yr Don't know anything about Cutler's future availability and how he would do but one thing"s for sure, he could hit Green deep in stride which would do wonders for the rest of the offense.
December 4, 201312 yr Author Don't know anything about Cutler's future availability and how he would do but one thing"s for sure, he could hit Green deep in stride which would do wonders for the rest of the offense. I seem to recall seeing a stat a week or two ago that Dalton to Green is one of the most accurate deep ball combos in the league this season, so I'm gonna have to go ahead and disagree with you here.

Ever think maybe that says a ton more about AJ than it does Andy? How many times can you recall Dalton hitting Green in stride 40 yards down the field? Usually ends in Green having to break off the route and out leap a defender he had beat by two steps when the pass was thrown...

That's surprising but doesn't change my hitting in stride comment. How many times do we see AJ alter his route and come down with the ball but not be able to advance it? Seems like at least once a game.
