Dear HHS fans. Don't hate Collins or Collins supporters because of a NKY poster. Collins is nothing but class from their coaches, players and supporters. I am a Raceland guy but grew up and continue to be friends with the Lucas family. I am cheering for them and want them to beat you guys but never will any Collins fans be derogatory.

 

Trust me when I say this, nobody in the Fort is wishing anything but a hard fought game where both teams lay it all on the line and whatever happens happens.

The Birds and their fans always take our opponents serious. We know that Collins isn't happy just being there this year. They are there to win it! They are a very good team and I'm sure it will be a good game. Collins has the ability to be a perennial powerhouse and there is nothing better that could happen in football!

 

The one thing I can't figure out though is...how in the world did they lose to Simon Kenton??? That's the loss that makes me question them a little. I know it was early in the season and I'm sure they've made changes since then!

We know, the HHS fans I talk to have nothing but respect and admiration for what Collins has accomplished in a short time. Nobody associates ukfan with them. Shoot, his own school wants nothing to do with him!
