November 24, 201312 yr You have to consider that the official attendance counts tickets sold, not necessarily butts in the seats. At UK, maybe, but not at Louisville. You car say that they're not being honest, but they report tickets scanned.

November 24, 201312 yr I didn't see any of the game, but Deuce's tweets told me all I needed to know. :lol2: I like to keep the interested public informed.
November 24, 201312 yr Is this the most disappointing 10-1 season in History? I know a team going to 10-0 then losing last game of the season is bad, but the Cards lost semi early then continue to win...I don't know one friend that is a Card fan that hasn't pretty much already moved on to basketball. Disappointing loss, Heisman Campaign that just never got going, unsatisfactory wins...Did beating a poor Florida team last season set the Card expectations too high for this season?

It isnt just the UCF loss. It is some of these wins have been awful. It's a good thing the schedule stinks. Offense has awful. Mostly because of the o-line.

Gee, I think "poor" is a bit strong, considering they beat three teams ranked in the top 10 and finished with one loss in the SEC. No one thought they were anything less than classic SEC tough until they lost to Louisville. Last year's Florida and this year's are different teams.

No one thought they were anything less than classic SEC tough until they lost to Louisville. Last year's Florida and this year's are different teams. Maybe poor was too strong but they weren't a dominant team last season. They won last year with D and just enough O to eek out wins in tougher games. Nobody that watched Florida all season last year was really surprised by the Cards beating them...but even then Florida beat them selves as much as Louisville did. But back to the question would anyone that's a Card fan have thought that going 11-1 in any regular season would ever be this disappointing?
November 24, 201312 yr Ok... Why in God's name did we not run the ball on third down with less than a minute to go in the game? Run the ball on third down, let the playclock wind down to 15ish seconds, call a timeout, kick the field, go up by two scores with less than 15 seconds left. That should have been a no brainer.
November 24, 201312 yr ^ The game would have been over with some better clock management with just under three minutes left; Louisville ran three straight plays with nearly 20 seconds left on the play clock.
November 24, 201312 yr So I didn't see the game but followed on game cast. On 4th down with about 3 minutes left Memphis was called for roughing the kicker. Was this an accurate call? Can't believe Memphis would eve get close to him knowing that they'd have a good chance of driving down the field and potentially tying it up.

November 24, 201312 yr A win is a win, but do have to admit that watching the Cards play hasn't been fun. Ever since the UCF game, they have looked like they almost don't want to play.
