Wrobleski is the best hybrid safety/linebacker I have seen all year... It really isn't even close.

 

In this case I do kind of agree with RB. Wrobleski is really good. Him alone would stop a good amount probably.

Wrobleski was out and that was a HUGE loss. However for H fans to shrug this off is losing grip w reality. WC's offense seriously put pressure on OOHs and corners to contain. What I saw was soft corner after soft corner. OLBs were getting sucked into the dive action and mesh as were the safetys. That left the CBS one on one w their blocker and ball carrier. Other times they didn't take on traps and whoever pulled just moved onto another level and if you give those rbs a lead blocker at the second level it was good night. When you don't play assignment football against great athletes, you give up 6 FDA ov over 60 yards.

Pregame on the score board. I know one player said they went to River Ridge Elementary that is in Kenton County.

 

This is high school not elementary school. People move to Ft. Thomas sometimes.

So HHS "has their choice" yet they have maybe 5 kids from out of area. Did they simply CHOOSE not to take others?

 

Come on. HHS wins with Ft Thomas kids. This isn't 2004 when they got a stud from SK and 3 players from CCH.

Not much to talk about Clyde. Highlands jumped out to a 41-7 lead and subbed a bunch.

 

People look at the score and think it was close. But it really wasn't. Highlands rested half their defense.

My drive to the game I noticed a bunch of apartments anybody could move to Fort Thomas if they really wanted to.

I only seen 30 kids play tonight for Highlands

 

So how many Soph's do you think got to play for HHS tonight? Then talk to someone in the know and ask if you saw the best that the class has to offer. Get facts before you start blowing your horn. I know there are several that do not see the field at Highlands that would be three year starters at SK and a lot of other schools.
