Wow. Never saw this one coming. Careful about talking about how good some 2A schools are, someone will say your schedule is weak if you're not playing 6A schools every week.

If CAL and DeSales meet again for the regional championship in a few weeks it will be an absolute war. These are two good football teams.

 

As for Male, I wonder if they hit their ceiling after the Trinity win? It will be interesting to see how the play in the postseason.

Was thinking the same thing. I have to think CAL and DeSales would both be Top 25 teams in all of Kentucky.

St X gives up nearly 50 to this team and CAL gives up 6. Just tells me how good this defense is, especially when they start playing 2a teams in the playoffs. If they can just find a little offense, they'll be in any 2a game they play in. I don't think this score is a fluke.
