Saw WC beat a very good Center Grove team Friday. They are loaded everywhere and should win this game. Center Grove runs the Wing-T and they average 6'4" 300 lbs up front and WC pushed them around most of the night.

You mean foul him on every possession and not have it called. Yes, they did that very well.

Saw Oldham County wipe the floor with John Hardin a few weeks back. They are the real deal. Any team that beats them has my respect.

What a shame. So much potential.

My standards are too high I guess. It also helped that Grant County hit 13 three-pointers and JH hit zero. Any word on if Witherspoon will even play this year.

Grant County was in this game until the 4th quarter. I thought JH would look better than they did, but a win is a win.

They will need Witherspoon at some point. I still think they'll beat both of those teams.

Not sold on John Hardin yet with their revolving QBs, but I think they will pull this one off.

For once I am going to be positive and go with John Hardin. I am hoping their athletes can make up for substandard line play on both sides of the ball and a very average QB.

John Hardin is a pathetic mess of a football team right now. Daviess County wins even if half their starters are suspended.

I hope so. Its a very winnable game. I've grown to love the Wing-T offense so I kind of wish we would have stuck to that.

At this point, I have to go with North Hardin. And man does it pain me to say that. John Hardin has way too many issues right now.

Well that definitely makes me feel better. Wish they would have played them a little longer but I'm sure coach has a reason for it.

Their kicker from last year got a full ride scholarship to Dodge City. Not sure where that is. Where did you see the footage. I have heard it was painful but haven't seen anything yet.

John Hardin has some really athletic players with size. I just wish the Smalling kid hadn't moved because that would be a 4 headed monster with Pearson, Witherspoon, Wright, and Smalling. They will still be very good, but that would have been scary.

I have seen many Boyle County fans talk about their athletes on this message board. This really makes me think they will win this game. I remember those two previous matchups and those Boyle County kids were overmatched, but damn did they play hard and give it their all. I think ultimately line play and turnovers will decide this game. I will not be able to attend this game but I am still getting pretty ramped up about it.

I am tracking he will be playing QB at this point. He will be the best athlete on the field for either team but he is probably very raw when it comes to the QB position. I can't even make a prediction on this game. It could go either way and whatever the result is, it really wouldn't surprise me.

I hope so. Boyle County is no cupcake and they will definitely bring it. John has some great athletes on this team (despite losing Zion Smalling) but this season will ride on Witherspoon's shoulders and he hasn't played QB since his Freshman year.

If Franklin Simpson is anything like they were last season, they will win this game handily.

A week ago I would have said John Hardin wins this game fairly easy (at least two touchdowns). But after hearing about their scrimmage against Fairdale I wouldn't be surprised if Boyle County beats them Saturday. This may be one of those years where the Bulldogs struggle early before finding their groove later in the year. I am kind of expecting a sloppy game with some turnovers and penalties.

Two words come to mind when I think about this game: Running Clock. That is all.
