Final. Makes next week even more important for Dixie.

Big win for CC. 45 yd punt return TD for Eli Matthew with 543 ends up being the difference.

Huge win for Campbell, congrats guys!

Ugly game for Dixie. I don't believe the better team won. Just the team that played better. Congrats CC.

.......

I am shocked, I thought Dixie would win this one comfortably. Congrats to the Camels.

By the way, all of the folks ranking Dixie over CovCath (much to The Old Guy's chagrin), yeah, I think TOG was right about that one.

Wow. Honestly thought this would be a tough test for the Colonels. Hopefully, as I posted in an earlier thread, they were not looking past the Camels to next week's matchup. Very tough loss.

No disrespect to the Camels. Congrats on a big win.

Wasn't able to see the game in person or online. I'm assuming the Camels succeeded in limiting Dixie's rushing game?

Wow!! Congrats Camels and coach Lickert.:thumb:

Didn't expect this at all; congratulations to the Camels and Coach Lickert on a very big win.

A few random thoughts:

1. Beautiful setting for high school football.

2. As one of the more consistent critics of the Camels PA guy I must admit he wasn't too bad tonight.

3. Punting was really bad for both teams. Really bad.

4. Camels QB is good. Strong kid. Strong arm. Tough runner.

5. Drew Moore is explosive running the ball. Can be a WR in college IMO.

6. Camels have a 6'7 355 nose tackle.

7. Camels have a nice kicker. Strong leg. Made a FG from about 45. Missed a 38 yarder that was plenty long.

8. TOG was right. Blue Colonels are still better than Dixie.

All are correct but you forgot one.

9. SK is the top dog in 6A!

I believe that to be the case.

What happened to Dixie?

What happened to Dixie?

Dixie got into the redzone 3 times tonight and got zero points. That obviously hurts.

Drew Moore had to scramble a lot when looking to pass.

Bad punting by Dixie is what cost them against CovCath also. Better get that straightened out because they will be punting a lot versus SK.
