IMO its going to be a good one, how will all the replacement players from CovCath and the young tigers react to being on the big stage? Big physical offensive lines like Dixie have given BW some problems, but as VOR pointed out there have been some changes to both personnel and scheme, which has seemed to have helped. BW offensive line has struggles a bit with big physical fronts as well, but think they have played much better the past couple of weeks. I look for the game to be decided by 7 or less.

I heard the Crazies chanting at the BW footballers Sat in the 2nd qtr of that game.

But who in Ky beats HHS or Moe, surely you don't think anyone in NKy beats these two and at least CovCath plays them. Maybe in the Commonwealth "T" beats HHS but I doubt Moe.

 

Why don't teams like Boone County, Cooper, or even Conner play HHS or teams like Moeller. Why has Dixie and Ryle dropped HHS from their schedule and why not play some GCL teams?

 

One of those coaches has told me he will try to schedule the Birds when this 2 year contract is up.

Jacob Cottingham plays for Beechwood. He is not getting many varsity minutes but he will. I think he plays on special teams. He just needs to keep working. He makes plays in the JV games so his turn will come if he keeps working.

Dusty son Dylan started at Cov Cath, but then came to Beechwood as a junior I believe. He was all Baseball. Jake is a sophomore this year. Not a starter, but plays on some special teams. Jake is going to be a very solid DB. I was very impressed with him on last year's freshman team.

Why change from a friday? does Beechwood get some cash for moving to tv? Besides saying "we are on tv" whats the benefit in moving the game to thursday? thanks
