Just to be clear, I'm not saying I think Kentucky will beat Florida. In fact, just the opposite. Florida is favored, and with good reason. I just think this is the weakest Florida has been in some time, and the game is being played in Lexington. Unfortunately for us, this is one of the more "down" UK teams as well.

I think Florida has been consistently weak since Meyer left. I do not think they are much different than last season, the ball may just bounce a different way here and there. Last season was the biggest fool's gold work I have ever seen. The defense has dropped off a little from last season, but that is the only thing different about this Florida team. They were putrid on offense last year.

UK is not scoring 30 on Florida.

UK is not scoring 30 on Florida.

I also have my doubts.

UK is not scoring 30 on Florida.

Agreed. They didn't even score 30 on Western.

And no knock on WKU (I was thrilled they beat UK though I wasn't sure it would happen), I don't think we live in a world wherein UK can beat Florida but can't beat WKU in football. That's one of those paradoxes that would fry a machine trying to solve it.

I think the Cats finally get it done this year.

Truthfully, beating Florida isn't that hard. Don't know what's been taking so long for UK to get over the hump. I mean, who hasn't beaten Florida lately?

UK needs to win the turnover battle the same way UL did against the Gators(3-1) because Florida has a good defense. They will need to run the ball better than the Cards did last year though, UL gained like 70 net yards on the ground and averaged less than 2 yards per carry vs. Florida.

I disagree that Herbstreit is a clown, but I also think that the Upset Alert for Florida is a little aggressive.

I think this is a very average Gator team, but this UK team isn't close to average.

Hope I'm wrong.

Herbstreit is a clown.

Why? Because you disagree with him?

Why? Because you disagree with him?

I think this has something to do with it

"Teddy Bridgewater, Joe Montana, Johnny Unitas, whoever you want to put back there, has no shot at beating Florida."
I think this has something to do with it

So because his one opinion was wrong he's a clown? Yeah that makes sense.

It don't understand the thinking that UK has a shot at beating UF at all.

its more because of UF. They are depleted with injuries and even though they have really good talent they haven't been the same since Meyer left. As it's already been seen, Florida is beatable.
