Enjoy!

My freshman year of college. Was on TV on Fox Sports Ohio. I remember well getting together with a bunch of the Trinity alumni at UD and watching it.

Just unreal.

Saw this accidentally on Youtube the other night. Brought back great memories. My dad and I were at the game, along with about 20,000 others, and I think everyone left the stadium thinking they saw something that night they might never see again. Its hard to say a 59-56 game was great, but it truly was.

Craziest thing about that game: Trinity was giving up less than 7 points per game that season. Male was giving up right around 14. Solid defenses.

NOBODY could stop those offenses that day. Brohm and Bush were absolutely firing on all cylinders.

I was following this game at CyberCafe in Merida. For some reason, I didn't go out that night, so I walked down the street and logged onto BGP. My girlfriend didn't appreciate it.

side note: How tall was Trinity's RT? He looked huge.

I have this game on tape at home because of the TV coverage. Incredible game.

I was shocked to see Bush playing D!

I had no idea that he played just about every snap in that game...WOW!!!

Best HS Football game I have ever witnessed in person.. arguably one of the most exciting games I have seen on any level.

I sat in front of Brent Pease (current Florida O.C. and then U.K. assistant) hoping he was taking notes on these offenses. He wasn't.

Truly the best game I have ever witnessed

And you thought about heading out before the game.

To this day it is still hard to get over the excitement and anxiety felt during that second half. I was there with some friends and I was exhausted just watching it. They play of Brohm and Bush in that game is the stuff of legends. Then to end on a pick at the 1 yard line after Male had recovered their second onside kick, after those two offenses so dominated the game was incredible.

Best game I have ever seen.

Of course the funny thing is that these two teams had a similar game four years later when Doug Beaumont was at Male and Nick Petrino at Trinity.

I witnessed this titanic struggle with my then 5 year old son and several friends. My son fell sound asleep. I awakened him for the final five minutes.

McBroom was a star at receiver for the Rocks. Trinity defensive coordinator did not have time to think!

I was actually working at the airport that day and tracked the entire game on BGP. It was exciting on-line so I can't imagine what it was like to attend.

I saw this game and I guess I'm in the minority while it was very entertaining, it looked like two teams that couldn't play defense. Beauty is in eyes of the beholder.
