Sam is a Sr. His brother is a Soph.

No division at all. Wagner was the right QB to start the season. Now that Wags is injured Sam Dressman is the correct choice. Ben Dressman is a terrific athlete but at this stage, Sam is the right choice as back up.

And to The Old Guy- of course I didn't mean the comment about earning their paycheck literally. Jeez- figure of speech.

Why? The only person to state a differing view is a Beechwood guy.

I hardly think what the Coaches earn in pay and most don't get paid at all, means that much to the Coaching staff and I understand, you didn't mean it literally but for those who think the CovCath coaches rake in large sums of cash, you would be sadly mistaken!

 

And yes they have already put in a ton of hours this weekend getting ready for Moe and the rest of the season!

There are a few member who read something written in jest on this site, that take it as the truth and written as Gospel, and since it is CovCath, a Private Catholic HS, l just wanted to make sure that they understood it was in jest.

 

Understand at now 8 years as a paying member, I have had to reeducated some who think a comment made in by someone was the Gospel truth and not just said in jest!

I don't know if CCH could beat Moeller but I would have liked to see them at full strength.

 

I was hoping someone wasn't going to pull this card out...you know it and I know it even with healthy guys they are not going to beat Moe. To think otherwise is just silly imo, Just not their yr.

 

 

 

Even if CCH was totally healthy Moeller wins this one by two touchdowns minimum. If CCH is banged up then Moeller can name their score.

You may be overstating his ability to play QB.

Running clock then Moe subs liberally to keep the final margin about 40 points.

It is a real shame CCH is so beaten up for this game. I don't know if CCH could beat Moeller but I would have liked to see them at full strength. I am afraid this could get a little lopsided. The CCH defense needs to carry the load, get some turnovers and try to keep the score low if CCH is going to have a chance.

 

As to the QB situation, they need to go with Sam Dressman. Personally, I thought he should have been the QB all along but that is from an outsider. I see him as the most talented kid on the team.

 

I would really have liked to seen this.
