August 26, 201313 yr I got to see him at mile 10 of the run. He was looking gassed....but it looks like now he's finished. AWESOME!!!!!! For the record....where he was looking gassed, I would have been looking flat dead. As in, call the coroner and notify next of kin. Man, what an incredible accomplishment!!
August 26, 201313 yr He did this for almost 15 hours. Swimming for about 1 hr. 20 minutes, biking for just under 7 hours. Running for a little over 6 hours. Unbelievable. I'm proud of you, FKYT. :thumb:

August 26, 201313 yr I got tired just reading about it... That's funny, but also true. Following his times on that site almost made me sick. I can't begin to comprehend how a person trains for this. In my mind, the bicycle part would seem the easiest. It would take me until Halloween to swim 2.4 miles.

I can't put into words how much I hate running. I could train a lifetime and maybe be able to do the other two... but I'd never finish that road race.
August 26, 201313 yr I got tired just reading about it... No lie....I literally felt exhausted after watching runners for +/- an hour and a half.
