July 31, 201313 yr Wasn't there like 31 arrests while he was there as well? Doesn't look like going to class was mandatory either. @Percy_Harvin: when everything is goin good sometimes life throw u a curve ball... sorry to half to report that my injury will require surgery...
July 31, 201313 yr I'm sure Hernandez was just such a choir-boy when he graduated Florida and the NFL just ruined him. Heck, Urban had him on the straight and narrow at Florida, he gets to the NFL, and wouldn't you know it, he just up and murders someone one day. "Don't throw rocks if you live in a glass house". I love that logic. Exactly it's all Urbans fault, just ask any young kid or media today, there's always somebody else to blame. Welcome to America 2013.

July 31, 201313 yr Exactly it's all Urbans fault, just ask any young kid or media today, there's always somebody else to blame. Welcome to America 2013. I think you're missing the point. It was that you can't criticize UK and U of L's judgment in taking recruits if you are a fan of a team coached by Urban Meyer and not expect some type of criticism being returned. In light of recent incidents, it would seem that Urban Meyer had more than a few opportunities to do the right thing and discipline a member of his team but didn't because that might have cost him some wins. Urban didn't choose Hernandez's actions or make him do anything, but it looks like he sure didn't step in and stop him before things escalated either.

He also left that problematic area and his beach house to freeze in Ohio. Muschamp is dealing with it now. Meyer is doing things different back home. Strong is bringing in a proven trouble maker for wins.
July 31, 201313 yr Strong is bringing in a proven trouble maker for wins. Strong will be just fine with or without Dyer. Let's not paint a picture of a desperate UL willing to take in anyone to get wins.

July 31, 201313 yr Disagree he's going to be a candidate for every big job for a while, more BCS wins will get him to the one he's sitting on. My point was that UofL is already more than solid at RB. If they bring in Dyer, it says nothing about Strong just wanting more wins. Especially when he is poised to win 10+ this year already.
August 1, 201313 yr Author Great exchange on a USF board. Somebody had posted a thread listing the jersey numbers for the new incoming USF players. One response read... "Where is Michael Dyer's number?" The next read... "Ask Teddy Bridgewater."
August 1, 201313 yr C'mon PP that was on twitter. If I had to guess he typed it out and then cut some characters so it would fit. It's not like twitter is meant to be grammatically correct.

August 2, 201313 yr What's up with U of L picking up Auburn's trash? Last year Auburn kicks Zeke Pike off the team and there is Louisville grabbing him off their trash pile, now Michael Dyer is booted to the trash heap from Auburn and who is there to grab him up? You got it, Louisville. Dyer has already been kicked off 2 teams in his short college career. I am wondering if U of L is drooling over the anticipation of Johnny Football's predicted implosion to snatch him up also lol.
August 2, 201313 yr Good for this young man getting another chance, hopefully he has grown up & good for Louisville. I know WKU was in the running for Dyer's services for a bit.
