Heck of a player but a huge risk. Not model citizen type of a guy.

Under Petrino, I would worry about his off the field antics. HCCS won't tolerate that stuff. Dyer would either change the way he lives and acts, or he wouldn't be on the team long. Reward is greater than risk here, IMO.

Looks to be pretty much a done deal. Already in the registry system at UL's registration office, will be eligible to play this fall.

Could be a huge snag for them this late in the process, if he keeps the behavior in check.

Very high ethics kid! Sticking to Chucks core values.

I hope he does well. More importantly, I hope he turns his life around. Hopefully Strong and Company will help with that. Kid is a good player.

He is a risk. But I cant fault any coach giving him a second chance. As long as Strong doesnt allow him to be a distraction. Or once he becomes and issue he is sent packing.

I am hopeful no matter where he ends up he gets things turned around.

Learned a lot about Coach Strong from the way he handled things when Darius Ashley and Greg Scruggs got into trouble a couple years ago. I thought he acquitted himself very well and seemed to do what was best for the players and kept them off the field. He stuck by it and Louisville played without its starting DE in that Belk Bowl in 2011.

And Ashley hasn't been on the team since, if I remember correctly.

Does a tOSU fan really want to take the Pepsi challenge here?

If I remember right, Ashley was told he'd never play football for UofL again but that he'd keep his scholarship so that if he wanted to turn things around and get his degree, that was going to be squarely in his court.
