July 23, 201313 yr Yeah I'm a big fan , watched all 4 weeks . I've visited the website , their is some interesting accusations flying around the network or the producer want to make men look bad .. the dufus's they had as male choices in week's 2,3 and 4 make all us males look bad . In week 3 the dipweed brings a pair of goggles then refuses to get in the ocean, then last night the guy drinks tainted untreated water and ends up in the hospital ... BTW the chick in week 3 was pretty hot !

July 23, 201313 yr Author 1. I'd pay money to be "naked and afraid" with Laura for 21 days. 2. When she saw he brought a pair of goggles she should have took her machete and cannibalized him. Worthless. 3. How is your survival item not a fire starter or some kind of metal instrument i.e. machete, hatchet, ax, etc.? 4. Where are these "survival schools" these people go to? I'd love to do it.
July 23, 201313 yr Author The guys do suck pretty bad for the most part. I'm only through Laura and Clint's episode (and episode 1 isn't on my OnDemand) in Panama but so far the girls have kicked the guys' butts. Besides Laura the Hawaiian chick was really good too.

July 23, 201313 yr Interesting show but I can't figure out why they're afraid...seems like the production crew, emergency first aid kit and quick transportation to the hospital would ease their fears.
July 23, 201313 yr What channel is it on and when? Sunday Nights, on the Discovery Channel I think. I've caught a few episodes. Pretty interesting and not something I'd ever really want to be a part of haha! I'd stick to Survivor.
July 23, 201313 yr I've seen every episode. I wouldn't call it great tv, but I'm completely hooked and fascinated. The guys all are pretty big d-bags...the only one who was remotely helpful and intelligent was the dude from the 1st episode. Laura was definitely "talented" and the best looking chick thus far. Alison, the surfer girl from Hawaii wasn't too tough to look at. The last episode had Julie, the really tall amazon gal. Even though she certainly wasn't a looker, I still found myself wondering what she'd look like unblurred. Put naked chicks on a show, and you're guaranteed a ratings hit.....you show it, and guys will watch it.

I guess since they don't have guns it would be more like Club me and Eat me.
July 23, 201313 yr Watched a few episodes the other night....I'm intrigued. You couldn't pay me enough to stay in the middle of nowhere in the African safari for three weeks. No chance in hell. :lol2:

July 23, 201313 yr Watched two episodes this weekend, one with the Puma dude and the other with the chubby guy from IN (who lost 40 pounds). Chick was pretty hot on the Panama episode. I spent several days in the jungle in Panama when in the Army doing training and attending jungle school. Spent a couple of nights on a river bank getting rained on and eaten alive by bugs, so I felt for what she was going through with all those bug bites. And like 4470, I also found myself wondering what Julie really looked like "unblurred". I forgot how much weight it said she had lost, but you could tell it by the end. The guy from IN was a whiney d-bag. Puma made a huge mistake drinking that water and paid for it, but I think he would have had a good chance of making it all 21 days if not for getting deathly sick, but I guess that's part of it. It's an interesting show, I might watch again, but the concept can get old pretty quick.
