June 27, 201313 yr Same thing for me. Two ends of the neighborhood. The one on Bardstown Road at Mid-City Mall is great. The employees at the one at Bardstown Road and Goldsmith Lane are perpetually on valium. Just this week I listened to a confused cashier misinterpret a customer asking for "two small drinks" as "two chicken wings." It took the customer repeating it four times. Dairy Queen does not have chicken wings. The DQ by Mid-City Mall is great. Loved the folks that work there.

I'll pop in a piece and then add the Sweetarts or Smarties and it is awesome. Once the gum loses it's sweetness I swallow it. :lol: I have a big Walmart bag full of candy in my desk drawer. June 27, 201313 yr Pepperoni ! Not the pre-sliced stuff. The good ones you buy at the butcher shop. If you ask real nice they will slice it for you. My dad got me hooked on this at Von's deli on Ward Ave. in Bellevue. Along with their home made chip dip! That is one place I miss. They had the penny candy there as well.
