June 26, 201313 yr Yep, never met a cheese I didn't like. In quantity. I'm with you and mcpapa on that. I think my favorite cheese, all in all, is the Aged Trappist Cheese from Gethsemani Farms down by Bardstown. It's made by the good monks there Gethsemani Abbey. Sooooooooo good...
