I took Lester Munson as having an issue with the playing to cameras by the prosecutor. I don't think he was saying it was unfair or that we should feel sorry somehow for AH. He said that the prosecutor IS NOT treating AH like any other person charged with murder. The prosecutor could have simply let AH and his attorney come to the police station and turn himself in. He said also that it could be the prosecutor was mad at AH's attorney for some of the comments he's made.

June 27, 201313 yr Heard a reporter say that the biggest evidence that the defense is worried about is the surveillance camera showing AH leaving the area then the company workers hearing the gun shots and then AH returning home almost immediately after that.

(Oldest joke on the book) Yeah and he isn't living in FL, TX,CA and a number of other places. Boston is a Pat and Mike town. Yeah I know he's from Bristol. It's like Doc Gooden said the other day when talking about his book. When 10 guys or so come after you there isn't much you can do. Don't think there aren't guys in prison who wouldn't get off (no pun intendend there) on taking down a big guy and a former NFL player. Pretty sure that a guy like him, if he doesn't already have the gang connections he's alleged to have, he'll develop them quickly, and be OK. If I'm running an Hispanic gang inside the joint, he's gonna be my right-hand man within an hour of his arrival. You guys have some wild ideas about how things work inside. Not saying I'm an expert or anything, but I've got a pretty good idea from talking to a lot of people in that situation. And a clear idea of the concept of "size matters" goes a long way inside the joint.

For the most part, AH was treated differently. Typically, most people aren't paraded out in front of crowds publicly. If he did it, I don't feel sorry for him at all. Munson mentioned another high profile athlete that had this done to him, Mark Chmura. As it turns out, the allegations against him were totally false, and his career was ruined (and I'm not saying this is the case here).

After he's destroyed or attempted to destroy possible evidence?

I think it did happen with Plax. Really, I have no problem with it, especially where evidence is overwhelming. I do think though these displays are politically motivated.
