Well it appears the two other guys have fled MA. AH paid for the rental car for them to lead. It also appears AH has a tattoo on his right had that says blood in red ink. The camera zoomed in on it why the lawyers were talking.

 

It also sounds like the defense is pretty clueless what the prosecution has. It sounds like the prosecution hasn't turned over what they have yet which I'm sure is within the guidelines.

 

It will be interesting to see what evidence is admitted and which isn't. I'd think that that would make or break a "very strong circumstantial case."

Interesting here is that MS 13 has a strong presence in Boston. They are connected to the Sinaloa cartel who is in a battle w/ Los Zetas for control of Mexico's drug trade. I'm wondering if he got caught up in that.

The guy appeared unprepared and I think he really showed how little they knew about what went on and what the prosecution may or may not know. I think he made a good point that this wasn't a trial and presenting information. I think he could of pushed that. I think you're right the judge thinks AH is guilty.

Not for the reasons that OJ did. The LAPD, Fuhrman in particular, completely blew the case. There were so many errors in gathering of evidence that it most definitely lead credence to some doubt of whether he did it.

I think his attorney strongly suspects he committed the Murder and tried to focus on the law/precedent of bail and furthermore he acted has Hernandez's character witness telling everyone what a great guy he is only outside of football there doesn't appear much greatness to go on so he was stuck with all the football stuff.

 

And I don't watch CSI but as a rule of thumb aren't most of the actors on those type of shows pretty decent looking people? It's Hollywood...

LRCW, I don't think he will walk. Not only do I think he will be convicted I think there is a good chance he gets charged/convicted in the double homicide from July 2012.

Some above talked about the lawyer and the way he was. I agree with that TV shows and movies give an unrealistic view of how lawyers are. That are not as smooth as they are on TV

I don't think so. I heard someone on the radio talking at lunch that he probably wouldn't get bail because he was facing life. They never made mention of the possibility of the DP.
