Pretty big place. Which one? I know a Chik Fil A is going up. There is a Micheals going in somewhere. I dont know if its the building that's almost up now behind the Chik Fila A, or if its the one thats starting to be erected now in the back corner. Its going to be a pretty big money maker for Newport. Almost feel bad for the people who paid millions of dollars to live up on that hill looking over a bunch of rooftops of a shopping center (Notice I said almost). The drug issue down there is something amazing to me. Guess thats what you expect when you build a big shopping center off of the 2nd exit from cincy.

Pretty big place.Could be either Dick's Sporting Goods or Panera Bread. Both are being built at the Pavilion along with Buffalo Wild Wings and Chipotle Mexican Grill. Another "big" tenant will be opening up in the area, no word on who that is but I have heard rumors of the Olive Garden.

June 20, 201313 yr The store that will be going next to Planet Fitness will be a Verizon store. The building I'm talking about is on the Kroger side of Grand, tucked right up against 471.
