I mean in terms of how they have treated me. Coach Letton has always been top notch and Coach Sphire gets it 1000 times over. I put Coach Sphire with coaches like Chuck Smith, Mike Yeagle, Dave Buchanan, Dave Eckstein, and Ty Scroggins.

 

I am sure there are plenty of other coaches that fit this mold but it is easy to see why some coaches are so successful and success is more than just winning state titles.

I'm a big fan of Alan's also. One heck of a fine person and his decisions on the BOC always were based on fairness, participation and putting the interests of kids in front of the interests of adults.

I have no idea who Guru's favorites are but if I were he I would be a fan of The Mayfield Cardinals because they embody what high school football is all about in Pride, Tradition, and Excellence

I think Scott County is hypocritical but I love what Coach McKee has done with the football program. He actually had Trinity beat and let it slip away...
