Guru simply loves the Belfry Pirates.

 

First and foremost, he likes Watusi..and Watusi is as Belfry as you can get and a great representative of the fanbase.

 

Secondly, he loves the way Phillip Haywood has sustained success and built the Pirate program into one of the best in the State of Kentucky with a limited talent pool and an old school approach.

 

Thirdly, he loves the passion and dedication of the Belfry fanbase and how they are easily one of the best traveling fanbases in Kentucky.

So where do you stand on my favorite team RU? The Ludlow Panthers.

I think Guru likes whatever team has the prettiest Cheerleaders each year........just sayin

I believe the guru will be a HUGE Caldwell County over the next 2 years, as he watches our young athletes mature and win back to back 2A state titles.

Refresh my memory ... what is the issue that people have with him?

 

OMG, he is incredibly annoying! From announcing every "CAMPBELL COUNTY 1ST DOWN!!!" to paging people to let them know their burger is ready, etc..... I'm sorry - just call the game - that's all I want from an announcer.

That young talent has a few converts from the staff I'm on. I bet Ru likes them too.

My issue with Hendo is when one of their coaches came on BGP and falsely put on the site that their QB had a broken leg right before their playoff game with X. Then when I was trying to track down the truth Tom Duffy had a few choice words for me and hung up on me. LOL

Ryle is great, Jim Demler goes out of his way for me/BGP and Coach Warner and I have a good relationship. And I keep challenging Coach Warner to a celebrity boxing match but I don't think he wants any...

Guru is a huge fan of Ashland because he is impressed by any program that was able to find a helmet to fit my big head.

I think I'll make the Guru an honorary Mayfield Cardinal....that might refresh his memory on what it's like to win a state title.:dancingpa

Love Male for two reasons, first, Coach Redman went out of his way with me and Michael Bush once told me he reads BGP everyday!

Neutral on Manual, too many coaching changes and the coach they had a few back made the Rams hard to like.

Corbin?

 

I do like Corbin and I want to see them back in the finals. To me, Corbin is old school good from back in my day.

Bell. County?

 

Yes because of Dudley Hilton and the Old Blue Plate Special game with Highlands. Shout out to Gary Ball!
