I don't think any opposing coaches will think Conner can't score. With Barker tossing the rock around it will still be tough to stop their offense. Fogle didn't score every TD last year and Barker can run with the best of them. I don't think you will find any coach who isn't going to respect the offense Conner will posses.

 

The big question for Conner will be the same question that haunted them last year and that is can their defense stop teams?

 

Conner's offense wasn't the problem at all last year, just look at the points they put up. It was the defense allowing so many points that cost them and if they can improve on their defense then they will be very tough to stop.

Could be a huge factor. I always believed a great kicking game is one of the best defenses.

 

I still think Conner and S Oldham are the teams to beat in the district. I don't care if there is no Fogle, when you have a QB that can read defenses you have a serious threat.

I chalk it up to the Barker factor. He is one of the top recruits in the nation so they can promote that.

I think they are jumping on the chance to show Barker vs Northern Kentucky's 5A State runner up team that was built from the ground up in 5 years.

I'm going to at least one. I figured Covington Catholic would be a good one, but I wanted everyone's input. Will most certainly give you a heads-up. Right now, I'm thinking one of those first two.
