No you are correct about that , but making sure that the Tax laws as written about 501© 4 as pertaining toward groups seeking to attain tax exempt status are correctly followed is the IRS' job . No matter what their ideology is . It sounds as if the Tea Party groups want a free pass in this matter and that is not acceptable .

 

Are you serious ? Have you read how far out of protocol the IRS went when they were intimidating conservatives. These weren't regular audits . They asked for info IRS has no business asking . Not to mention they targeted a specific ideology and not all ideology groups.

Kind of a blanket statement here. I don't know many people that think the poor are dishonest, but I know a lot of abuse goes on from lazy people and that gets more attention and hurts those that are truly in need.

Here's a link to story about the court rulings in favor of the Tea Party and against the Campbell County and Kenton County library districts. Unfortunately, this furthers the notion that Kentucky is a stupid state.

Don't know if story mentions this, but 79 counties follow same law that Kenton and Campbell library districts use to set rates. So this essentially is a statewide issue, not just confined to NKY.

You are amazing. So the government is proven to be breaking the law on how they raised taxes . It is proven in court. But some how the tea party is your bad guy.
