August 28, 201313 yr CC Red Devils were unable to field a senior team this season That is deceiving. That is more of an internal things. Red Devil kids are still playing, they just had a huge group create their own organization and get into the BCPFL. That crushed Red Devil #s.
August 28, 201313 yr Just think about Dennis Johnson from Harrodsburg being at the starter level in 2nd grade and seeing varsity time and then starting varsity the next year as he would have been a peewee in the 3rd grade. Crazy.

They do not have a middle school team. You must be thinking of the CCYFL.

Campbell county does have a middle school team, and they did get beat by Woodland 48-20. Game was over by halftime as it was 42-0. All campbell county's points were scored against Woodlands 2nd and 3rd stringers.

They have a 7th grade team that plays in the middle school small school division and the 8th graders play in middle school big school division. No 7th/8th graders play in the junior league

August 30, 201313 yr Bellevue Bowl for the starter teams starts Sept. 9th. I was surprised to see Newport will be playing in the tournament.

That crushed Red Devil #s. Deceiving? Simple statement. It's either correct or incorrect. The fact that Red Devils didn't have enough to field a senior team is simply that. A fact. I realize they went elsewhere. I'd percieve that as an issue for the Red Devils and quite frankly the league.
