October 7, 201312 yr On Wednesday, October 2nd, at 6:00pm, there is going to be a meeting at the HHS Performing Arts Center concerning youth football and USA Football’s Heads Up program. This program was designed to teach the proper fundamentals of football to our children to ensure their safety and enhance their performance. Merril Hoge, a former NFL player and long time supporter of the Fort Thomas Junior Football League, will give the presentation. He is one of the initial members of the Heads Up program and will speak for approximately one hour on the benefits of the program. One of the primary goals of the program is to get the parents involved in the process. Literature will be provided to the parents that highlights the main areas of the Heads Up program. If you have any concerns with your young ones playing youth/high school football this presentation will greatly benefit any questions you might have. I highly recommend spending this 1hr to listen and learn what this program has to offer. I just seen this post how can I get more info on this?

October 10, 201312 yr Lastnight in the Starter Bowl Championship Erlanger Lions won 32 to 22 beating the Spartans. Also South Kenton beat Dixie Raiders 16 to 6.

October 19, 201312 yr South Kenton Midgets beat the Spartans in the first round of the playoffs 14 to 0! Glad to see coach Brossart in the stands.
October 20, 201312 yr Today South Kenton Seniors play the Cincy Jaguars I believe that is what they call them. And the SK Peewees play the Union Raiders not sure who the Junior Youth plays. South Kenton Starters play Monday night against the Walton Bearcats winner plays Ludlow/Newport winner Wednesday night.
