Ryle needs to learn how to score on SK first! I am still enjoying that 20 to 0 shut out last season.

IMO expectations should always be high in Union. They have a perfect set up for success. The only negative is Boone's rule about having to attend the public school in your district.

Everybody always mentions the talent pool at Ryle being siphoned by Cooper. But nobody mentions another relatively new program on Union's southern border, Walton. Where do you think those kids were playing before that program came into existence?

Ryle had 68 kids on their roster at least 20 of them where Seniors last year.

Ryle plays to many kids both ways to compete with Simon Kenton.

Ryle just needs to develop players in all areas, many on here talk about Freshman class, and how good Ryle has been in this age bracket, but as you can see the development from Freshman to Varsity is not there. Example, they had Hemple for 3 yrs on varisty, then he leaves and what happens, no body to replace him. Going on two years now and Ryle sill does not have home grown replacement. O-line, has been good in the past, last year what happens, this year same situation. you can see in all other position as well. Good players hide weakness, good coaching develops weakness into players IMO.

They had a large frosh class last year and will again this year. May not pay dividends this year, but soon. And last years frosh were big to be frosh, many the size of varsity players. A little more time for some mental maturity and were good to go.

There are a couple kids out there throwing the ball that you didn't know or hear about yet. Both are good athletes may be interesting at the QB position this year. Ryle may have had a hidden gem that got lost behind another kid.
