Good coaches do use their talent. They have a huge OLine led by Sowers and Ross. I doubt they will be able to change their offense and you will see more of the same in 2013

I believe it is spelled "Sowards". Ryan and Lex are in GREAT shape, but what about the rest of the O-Line? Who will be at QB for Ryle this year? Has that even been determined?

I see Facebook post from Sowards Personal Trainer. He's a beast. I can't find it, but I thought I saw a post with him benching 375 and other post with him with D1 Lineman Speed and Agility. It's a nasty combination and I wouldn't want to face him.

OSD, Sowards and Ross train with Joe Walter. Former OT with the Bengals. My son has trained with Joe as well.

May be at some point or perhaps they do weight training with Walter and Speed and Agility training with the guy I know, but the posts are fairly recent. I just looked at the video of him squatting 475 multiple times. It was on his Personal Facebook. If I get permission, I will post who it is. He does a great job with Youth and High School athletes.

Mike Nie is his trainer he is working with a lot of NKY athletes.

I hope they call him "Mike Nie, the training guy". That is just too good to pass up.

Mike is one of, if the not the best around the area. I highly recommend him if you want results, I just wish his facility was a bit closer.

Unfortunately, it's pronounced KNEE.

Well crap, that just ruins it for me.

Based on spring game, Ryle will struggle this year, yes two very talented lineman, but you need five to be good. Without a solid line up front, it doesn't matter what type of offense they run.

How can you make that deduction from a spring game? The track and baseball athletes are probably not participating and those are some of the best athletes on the team.

Did you notice anything different about the offense? Any discernable influence from the new OC? Who played QB?

How can they have a sprung game when most the starters play both ways? :D

When did Ryle have their Spring game?
