Proud of my Indians for making the final 4. But of course, I am also happy we bring back Xavier, Bryan, Chase Hall , and Darius Jones. Go Indians

Yes. X battled tonight very well and was quite effective. I'm proud of all of them...they left no regrets and played with tons of heart this week! I can't wait so see what next year holds!! (No people I haven't lost it totally, I know we loose Omar and Ty and I wish they could stay forever but the kids coming back will work just as hard in the off season if there even is one any more.) ;)

As well as Sam, Shelby, Art, and Caswell. Happy played a lot of players this year so we should be back in the nick of things next year

Agreed!!

When Happy got the job we all heard the rumors of people transferring into Mt. Sterling and all of the rumors were eventually true. Hope that all of the Indian faithful are ready for the hometown boys to take a backseat! Because loyalty means nothing in the win at all cost society we live in nowdays!!

What universe are you living in? BB, Scott, and CCHS are consistently at the top of the region, but they have never been called the favorites.

Pretty sure it's just been MoCo, GRC, and Mason (one year with PC) labeled as favorites for like the last fifteen years.

Nice attempt at a slight on those three school though.

BB, Scott, and CCHS consistently at the top??? not sure i agree with that. they have had some decent teams over the years and brossart consistently overachieves based of their size, but when was the last time any of these teams have been in a regional final?

even pc has won the region and been to a second final in the past 10 years. they have a much better case than the other three schools.

They did not come true. We never got our 6'9" center from Texas and our 6'6" forward from Florida that could shoot.

Or our 7 foot Center from the Congo

This year. The last time any of them were in the regional finals. I know it's hard to reach back to the yesteryear of two weeks ago.

And what case? I don't even know what you're talking about? Scott, Brossart, and Campbell County are consistently towards the top of the region. They're never the best, but that's what happens when you run up against the teams that GRC and Mason have had (and Montgomery this year).

Next year will be a lot more open than this year. Campbell will be solid. Brossart's going to be very good. Scott loses a lot, but it seems like Scott always loses a lot and is back. Montgomery will be dangerous again. Odds are Mason and GRC will be back to their norm and be a threat to win the tenth. Throw in a small school like Augusta that's got talent and next year will be interesting.

Sorry I meant before this year. Your use of the word "consistently" implies that it's a regular occurence.

Two of Scott, Brossart, and CCHS are consistently in the top five in the region.

I don't really understand why it's turned into a disagreement. It would be asinine to say that they've been at the level of GRC and Mason, but they've been right behind those two.

Camels have only made it to the region 4 times in the last 10 years.

You mean because people are free to move from one part of this free country to another they are not loyal? Or do you mean that one kid should play over another kid because he lived in one place all his life? Loyalty is in the eye of the beholder.

Or our 7 foot Center from the Congo

I knew it took a while to get things from the postal service now days (what with lay offs and all) but DADGUM the delivery service has taken a while! He must have gotten lost in the mail!! You know, like how just one sock ends up missing after you've done a load of laundry or how you never seem to be able to find the right amount of hangers cause just one is missing!!

No talk of Mason Co and Augusta?

Mason Co only really has one player graduate of last years team in Chambers and they get back Boone and O'Mara who were out most of the year.

Augusta will have to replace Kelsch. But Mason Co and Augusta are top 4 teams.
