Congrats Ricky P on win #300 at UofL. This UofL team could deff make two in a row Final 4 appearances.

I thought UL would have more trouble in this one. Shooting remains an issue. UL goes 9 deep.

Louisville's defense will keep them in virtually every game. They may lose early....but the other team will have to shoot lights out!

Cncinnati simply cannot score the basketball.

^ Kilpatrick's really struggling and that's big trouble. 1-9 from deep tonight.

And most of them tonight were solid rhythm looks without pressure.

Turnovers were the story. You aren't going to hang with this UL team if you turn it over 21 times. UC never really allowed themselves a chance to get set on D, and thus couldn't take advantage their strength and ULs weakness in the half court. Baseline OOB plays really killed UC and a lot of credit there goes to Harrell defending the inbounder. There were two early timeouts and 4-5 turnovers in those situations alone.

On a bit of a side note, sad to see the end of Big Monday. Has been must see TV for a good chunk of my life, and it isn't going to be close to the same ever again...

I hope so.

As much as UC fans hate to hear this, they could really use Behanan.

At this point UC could use anyone over 6'9" that can lay the ball in the basket with a post move. I really am perplexed how they could not find someone to do this for this season.................

UC goes to the final 4 with him last year and are top 10 teaam with him this year.

Luckily, help is on the way with Jamaree Strickland and 5* Jermaine Lawrence.

The same guy that scored 4 points and 0 rebounds last night against a team without their starting PF?

What they are missing is a big man that can demand the ball on the block and score with his back to the basket. That isn't Chane...

Yes, in a perfect world that is what they are missing, but how many of those even exist? Chane is a legitimate threat if he catches it on the block and UC is missing any sort of inside presence on offense. He would change the dynamic of the team a lot IMO

If you think Chane is a legit threat as a scorer with his back to the basket you clearly don't watch him play much. Almost all of his points come either on transition dunks or put backs on the offensive glass. Having a game once a month where he makes a post move or two doesn't change what he is. He has many of the same issues the guys UC has now even though he would be an upgrade at the 4. He wouldn't fix the fact the opposing team is over playing the perimeter...
