Come Walter I'm not a fan of either team and my team got beat in District. But the refs lost this game for Cooper I know you are a big Holmes supporter but if it was the other way around you are the worst cryer on here. You cried all year about the 10 region Refs on your thread. Holmes had a 6th man today and it was the refs. PERIOD

Difference between me and you guys though, is that I complained about 10th region officials, REGARDLESS OF WHAT TEAM I WAS THERE TO SEE. I only saw Holmes against one 10th region team. I complained about the officials in the Dixie/Campbell game, Scott/Covcath game, and Scott/Cooper game. You're right though. My bias towards Holmes clouded my judgement in those games/threads.

Great job Walter, but the scream is a little much.

You have to excure the idiot behind me that was yelling while walking by...............

:sssh: I was banned a couple years back for less than what half of you are saying. :irked:

Walter...thank you for all you do.

Mr. Pouncy is one of the best, if not the best.

Agreed! I'm always happy to see him reffing our games.

Congrats to Holmes and whoever represents in Lexington for the 9th, Holmes or CCH I want you all to do some damage down there and represent us well!

That's the spirit, HB! Go 9th region!

Wow, what a fantastic game. I agree the refs weren't the greatest, but they were consistent. Both teams played outstanding D all game, but a great play was made by a great young player in the end. Congrats to Cooper on a fantastic season, and good luck to Holmes tomorrow.

I am not sure so someone correct if I am wrong, but it seems to me Holmes usually has fewer fouls called on them than their opponent. It is the nature of their game and the way they play on both ends of the floor.

14 fouls called on Cooper today.

12 fouls called on Holmes today.

Not as big of difference as some on here will lead you to believe since the refs "handed Holmes this win."

The complaining was going to come no matter who won. My Holmes bias had lots of examples lined up if they would have lost. Maybe some Charles Hurtt karma left in the tank.

Congratulation's Holmes Bulldogs on your win today. Good luck tomorrow!

Back to the game. Chames was huge tonight especially after Englemon injury slowed him for most of the game. His effort in the fourth and overtime playing with 4 fouls was huge and gave Holmes the opportunity to hang in and win.

Glad to find out that the best team won today.

Congrats to Holmes! What a great game. Cooper had a great run this year. So close.

Good luck to all of the Cooper seniors. I've had the opportunity to talk with them and cover them throughout the season and they are all great kids.
