What "Normal" Food Can You Not Stand?

Featured Replies

Brussel Sprouts are one of my favorite vegetables, as is broccoli, artichoke hearts, and cauliflower. Those veggies and edamame are mainstays of my diet.

Love to take cooked cauliflower, mash it up, and add either butter and pepper or hot sauce. I can make a meal out of that. Same goes for peas and carrots.

I have never heard of this. What exactly is it? Of all of the things you listed that you like, I would probably only eat the oatmeal cookies. I never criticize what people like or don't like because I have strange taste buds.

Olives. They gag me.

Edamame is kinda like a green been in texture. Comes in a little pod and you shuck the cover and just eat the bean. Usually steamed and sea salt added. Served in Asian restaurants typically. Good stuff.

It's a soy bean.

High in protein, too. I have to be as careful with edamame as I do meat, because of my gout.

Seek help my friend!

They should be one of the food groups!

I have tried to eat them..........Even the sweet chili whatever they are called.......I do not like them Sam I am............

Or, if you're like me, it makes everything taste like soap.

Only if you use, too much. Instead of a bunch, I only use a couple of stems in my homemade salsa. Makes all the difference in the world in the taste of the dip and nothing soapy about it.

Doritos are my favorite snack.

I put garlic on EVERYTHING. Meat, soup, veggies, eggs, EVERYTHING.

And I was so hoping for that dinner invitation too................:D

Also love Goetta and Johnny in the bag (Blutwrust) .

Lima Beans. They are the Devils vegetables.

I love Pickles, Can not stand cucumbers or olives.

For me, pickles are the all time worst food. Can't stand the taste, the smell or even the sight. Don't like cucumbers or olives either.

I don't like popcorn at all.

Also dislike pickles, broccoli (of course), lettuce and all green vegies other than green beans and peas. I will not eat a salad. I will eat some vegies, but they have to be well cooked.

Don't like salmon or tuna, but do like most other seafood.

Oh, and I hate sour cream and cream cheese!

Popcorn? Is disliking that allowed?

I bet you I can grill you a tuna steak you'd love! Care to place a friendly (non-monetary) wager? You pick the spoils.
