Nothing at all. I'm just realistic. X went out and assembled the greatest coaching staff in the history of high school sports. How can anyone compete with that?

I'm curious to know why Highlands won't schedule T or X for a regular season game?

 

Why we're afraid of course so we just stick to the Elders, Colerains and Cinti St X's so we can keep our pride.

If Colerain does indeed sin on the dotted line that's great. Heck they may even beat us. But wouldn't it have been nice to see them play against James and crew? Just saying.

Whoa there fella. HHS gets accused all the time for only playing the big boys when it " fits into their schedule" meaning when they have the talent. Now are you saying T doesn't want to play Colerain every year no matter who is there? Quick, no Quick, I'm pretty sure you would agree with T playing any team any time. I know you didn't mean it that way, but that's the way it comes across. To me anyway! Just saying!

Not in the least. I'm ecstatic that it appears that Trinity may get a shot at Colerain. I just find it "convenient" for Colerain that they get it worked into their schedule after Ryan and company are gone. I know that Trinity tried to make it happen before now.

Playing someone is playing someone when you are at this level, be glad Colerain and T are playing each other.

 

Adding to T's schedule it looks like Carmel (IN) on August 30th and Lawrence Central (IN) on September 6th:

I hate that we lose MBA, BA, Elder and Cincy X. Excited that we'll get Colerain and Lawrence Central, though. I'll investigate Carmel, since I have quite a few contacts now in Indiana. What does that leave us needing? 1 or 2 more good games? Hoping we can round it out with another quality regional team.

 

I realize we may not win against some, especially Colerain, but to be the best, you've go to play the best. Bring 'em on!

Carmel, IN, Second largest school in Indiana, coached by Kevin Wright, prior Trinity coach. The sports tradition of winning in all sports fields, girls and boys. State champs in football last in 2011. Much better than Lawrence Central in football tradition.

Lawrence Central has several big prospects next season, including maybe the best prospect in the Midwest - LB Brandon Lee. Was just offered by U of L and UK and has a ton of big-time offers.
