How many times has #1 gone down this season ? 5 times ?

I believe 5 times... in the first week of being ranked #1. I told a friend while watching

this game IU has to put them away and they never showed that killer instinct. IU without

a doubt has enough scoring options to win the whole thing; but you have to put teams

away especially when playing on the road.

Loving this season. Wide open.

I loved seeing the final play on Sportscenter.

After Dickie V's ignorant comparisons last weekend of Oladipo to MJ, I rather enjoyed watching him and Zeller cost IU the game.

More than that. For the last 5 weeks, the #1 team has gone down. I am guessing for the whole season around 8????

Some basic fundamentals were thrown out the window by IU during the last second out of bounds play. Things we learn as 3rd graders. Watford somehow gets stuck above the screen (not between man and rim) and what about Shehee, he was hugging his man 40 feet from the basket (not on help side at all).

An absoultely terrible final 8 seconds by the Hoosiers.

And I thoroughly enjoyed every second.

What in the world do you do with Illinois come March?

16-8 (3-7 in the Big 10)

Wins against IU, OSU, Gonzaga and Butler

Gonna be interesting...If they can get to 8 conference wins, they probably get in.

Home games against Purdue, Penn State, and Nebraska should be wins. Gotta get a couple of their road games against Minnesota, Northwestern, Iowa, Michigan, and Ohio State though.

If they win 5 more games they won't even be on the bubble. 3-4 more should be enough...

That Illinois buzzer beater would make a great "Watch ESPN" commercial. Just saying

Was watching bracketology on ESPN and they were saying the committee does not look at conference records. They look at opponents but not conference records? Tell me how that makes sense? If you are looking at opponents, the ones you play more than once have to mean a lot right? Someone help me out here?
