They opened a location in Crescent Springs. The Crescent Springs location is still open and I've not heard anything to imply that it isn't doing well. I do think, however, the second location took away the contingent from Kenton County who were willing to drive to Dayton for dinner, and that's likely why they closed the Dayton location.

 

I do have some concerns about what the new pizza place in Ft. Mitchell might do to the business at Buona Vita's Crescent Springs location.

Went the long route to the new Lucy's on Monmouth that replaced Packhouse tonight. Simple menu with burgers, double deckers, soup, salad and a few apps. You could tell service was in the early stages, but the burger was strong and I really enjoyed the chill. Worth a stop as long as they get things ironed out on the kitchen to service end...

Tickle Pickle in Northside is really good. One of the tastiest burgers I've had. Everything is locally sourced.

A friend had Purple Poulet in Dayton KY and raved about the fried chicken and KY Mule he had.

 

I went back to Elusive Cow in Bellevue this past week. I had the stripped steak sandwich, very hard to eat on the French Roll. Kale salad is great and their pizza's are awesome as well. Popular place.

Mrs. C1 and i have been there 3 times and have had a great dining experience each time. The fried chicken, and redneck rockefeller oysters are favorites! Fantastic chef and staff...:thumb:

I had Lucy's on Monmouth St in Newport last week and the Double Burger was really good. They make their own Saratoga Chips as well. The baked bean side was excellent and potatoe salad was so so. Great prices, I think their monster burger was only $10. They only had one guy waiting and one in the kitchen as it was a Thurs night and after 7pm but service was still very good.

We go quite a bit since it is only a block away. Burgers are solid, especially for the price...

Nashville Hot in Crescent Springs has closed their doors. Sounds like Joella's didn't help their business.
