Hall of Fame ballots to be released today

Featured Replies

Especially those gutless idiots who sent their ballots back "blank". They should be ashamed and never allowed another HOF vote.

Because they don't think anyone is hall worthy? Or because they won't vote for PED's? I'm not following you here........

No, because they aren't voting for anyone, because they "didn't know how to vote" this year. They wanted the attention to be on them, not the candidates.

The more I think about it, the more absurd it is to think these idiots didn't vote for the likes of Clemens, Bonds, Bagwell, Biggio, Piazza, Schilling, etc.

The baseball hall of fame is garbage. I can't take it seriously anymore.

I do not think Biggio should be in.

I do, however, believe Piazza should be a no-doubter.

I do not think Biggio should be in.

Why?

That's just absurd.

Depends on what you think an HOFer is. I think "elite of elite." Biggio was never in that category.

The problem is that you can only vote for what 10 guys? There were a lot of good candidates on there. Everyone got their votes split. Jack Morris is going the way of Bert Blylevin. He'll get in in about 10 years via the Veteran's Committee. How is Piazza, the greatest hitting catcher of All Time, not in?
