January 11, 201313 yr ^Only allowed 10 votes. The difference in them and Bonds is they were HOF worthy because of steroids. Bonds was a HOF'er before he ever thought about using, and it's never been proven that he used them. Never a positive test, nothing. They would get my vote the following year, except for McGwire, who did absolutely nothing HOF worthy other than hit HRs. Should we go back an kick Harmon Killebrew out then?
January 11, 201313 yr Speed does not improve muscle build etc. it keeps you awake. You are talking PED's so under your definition aspirin is considered a PED, I'm talking Steroids and HGH. You want to be extremely vague, I choose to be very distinctive in what i'm talking about. If you don't think "speed" helps during the grind of a long season you simply aren't paying attention. Also why are we stopping at PED's? Why not pitchers who doctored the ball? Or hitters who used corked bats? Why is it cute for Gaylord Perry to put Vaseline on the ball while pitching yet steroids ruin the game?
