I'd say they're a phone call to Highlands away from making it happen in the future.

 

This discussion took place earlier this year. Cooper does not need to call HHS to schedule any games. Look at the number of seniors on Cooper. When these young men graduate Cooper will take a huge step backwards. Their JV was not very good this year and the frosh about the same. Cooper will struggle next year without the likes of Morris and the gang. They may compete with the teams on the current schedule, but not HHS.

I know you are bored and you are just having fun, but there are only two teams teams from KY that are household names across the US and own 21 State Titles each and nobody remembers the folks that tried to get in their way.

Programs have come and gone and have had very nice success in their respected divisions over the yrs but there are only two Big Dogs on the block that do it consistently.

Puff, puff, give, give cuz the stuff ur smokin has got to be good. No way in hell Cooper would be a 4 Td dog to CC. Sounds like to me somebody is still stinging from another L to the team from Ft. Thomas. HHS is and most likely be the top dog in NKY for a while.

 

Cooper is riding a wave right now and while this team is good it is Sr dominated and will struggle next season but since they WILL be playing this weekend I am going to cheer on all 3 teams from NKY.

 

Don't hate, participate. And btw, win or lose this weekend, Cooper should be the #2 team in NKY. Not bad for a 5th year school who no one outside of Union gave a snowballs chance in hell to even win a playoff game.

But lets be real, would they have beaten Conner have they got another shot? Would they have beaten SK or NCC? And I believe they certainly wouldn't have beaten Cov or Highlands. Cooper has had an excellent and I will be rooting for them.

Well I'm not one to compare scores, but Cooper beat whoever Conner lost to and Conner beat CovCath. I think if there were any rankings that came out at the end of the season, they would be the #2 team in NKY. That would only be IF they beat Bowling Green.

The above is thread title. I don't think you can compare the two schools. The same question was raised four years ago when they were Frosh and Cooper went undefeated. If Cooper was interested in seeing if they can beat or compete with Highlands, they would have done so.
