Don't see how they wouldn't be. With their schedule, and being the only undefeated team.

Um how would they not? They are positioned strong in human polls and computer polls. Not even a 1% chance that they miss out on the title game if they win.

I would have picked USC for the upset until the Barkley news came out. Irish by 10 & they play Alabama for the national championship.

I understand it was a stupid question, but I had to ask, because there are sure to be some that may think they don't deserve to be there. Just wait.

With or without Barkley, I believe the Irish wins. If they win, they are undoubtedly in the national championship.

That is my fear. I don't know why but I keep thinking if ND makes the title game they will get blown out. It looks like we are going to see if that truly will happen though. I have a hard time seeing USC getting the win without Barkley.

With Barkley out this game is a beat down by the Irish.

With that defense and Alabama often having trouble on offense, why would someone think ND would get blown out? I would see it more as an all field goal game.

ND favored by 6 over USC.
