November 20, 201213 yr I know they are apparently narrowing the field and finalizing a list of coaches, I just wish we could know who was on it. That way we can quit fantasizing about whatever coaches people think are coming. Hopefully we get a decision within a week after the UT game.

November 21, 201213 yr According to KSR Koetter is on the radar. I think he'd be a solid choice. Would love to see Jones, Smart, or Koetter. Wouldn't mind seeing Dykes, Tuberville, or Mike M. I imagine someone will be named around this time next week.

November 21, 201213 yr How solid is Patick Towles at UK? Which coach would best suit his skills? The reason I am asking is that there was an article in the C-J today in which Randy Sanders is quoted (paraphrasing) as saying that Max Smith is far and away their best QB. Perhaps the new coach will see things differently. Perhaps both PT and Jalen Whitlow will improve dramatically. Otherwise, the implication is that PT and JW will not see much time if Smith is healthy. (The article said he has been throwing some.)
