Do bad things really happen at Sharp for opposing teams? I was always told that it was merely my imagination.

You know better than that! I miss the game at their place last year because we all know what happens! Trust me I am far for putting 60 on another team but I am not surprised it happened!

Highlands boys swept the Grant County Braves tonight.

Birds 6th graders improved to 8-0 and were led by PG Austin King who scored 4 straight late in the game to stretch the lead and Brandon Finn had 12 points connecting on 4-4 FT's in the final minute to ice it.

Final 34-29

Both Highlands 7th & 8th beat Grant Co. By 30.

Turkey Foot 8th beat Ludlow 40 -22

Doesn't surprise me any. The officiating has been horrible this year. Supposedly the pool of officials are guys that do HS games, lord I hope not, they are awful. Most of the time they have no control of the games.

I know that in the NKMSAA, all officials have to be certified with the KHSAA to call the games. Many do call high school only. Six technicals in a blowout sounds like the game got out of hand though.

I heard 5 T's, 2 on the coach who was ejected, 2 on a player who was also ejected and one on another player. According to social media of the event, Fort Thomas' finest had to be called because of some unruly parents. WOW!

I peeked in at the start of the 2nd half and things were pretty calm but it must have been after the storm.

I think things may have been frustration over 2 consecutive losses and then some bad calls. If I am the administration at Grant County Middle School I certainly have a little sitdown with the coach and find out what happened and why he lost control.

Does this really surprise anyone??

Fans need to learn refs might miss calls, but they don't cheat. GC people always seem to have a chip on their shoulder towards refs.

I noticed CC Girls and Highlands Boys both play at Holmes this weekend? Does anyone know the times?

Can anyone post the records of their school teams?

Highlands 6th Grade Boys are 8-0 thus far.
