How did the 6'2 redhead 7th grader, Robbins, play for Ockerman play? He's a stud.

STUD is a understatement! Not only he will post you up and drive to the hoop, but he will spot up at the top of key and drain a 3 if you don't get out on him. Great Team Great players and awesome coach!

Yes, he looks like he has a lot of options with his length and size. If he can get to 6'6 and keep those skills he will be a very very good HS player.

Look for both Grey's 8th grade boys and girls to take a stab at perfect records if all manage to play through the year. That group of girls went undefeated as 6th graders and won the Championship. Both teams undefeated so far and winning by huge margins.

Gray 7th grade boys beat Sharp last night at Sharp in OT.

Gray 8th grade boys beat Sharp by 60+ points last night, it was UGLY as you can imagine...

Any update on the 6th grade game? I know Gray has a couple of really nice players in Vince Rankin and a big kid named Braden ?.

Did they run the clock in the 8th grade game? 60 points should never happen!

Since it wasn't a 'district' game they didn't have to keep the clock running (does that make sense? Perhaps they said 'league' game)........ That is what I was told when I questioned why the clock wasn't running. The entire 4th quarter the clock did run. I can't really recall the 3rd quarter. Perhaps midway through the 3rd quarter they kept it running. The first half it stopped every whistle.

I saw a game last night where they ran the clock, and it wasn't a district game.

The running clock rule goes for all NKMSAA games.

Who is the coach?

And it is only in the second half.

Shouldn't happen at all, put this directly on the coaches shoulders. Karma is a @$&%!

12/5 Scores:

Gray 7th Grade lost to Woodland

Gray 8th Grade won 69 - 32

I believe it had more to do with issues that have happened at Sharp Middle in the past towards the Gray players.

I would think that this Gray team was providing the 'karma' for past games at Sharp. Just my opinion.

And it is only in the second half.

And that may have been the case for this game as well. I don't really recall when it became a running clock. It may have been in the 3rd quarter.

Do bad things really happen at Sharp for opposing teams? I was always told that it was merely my imagination.
