Why would the route to the Med sea be most important? It's the Gulf that matters to Iranian shipping and they have access there.

I don't know which route is more important. Looking at a map, sending things to Europe and U.S. would be best through Syria and Med Sea. Sending things to Asia/Pacific is best through Persian Gulf.

 

But, even using the Persian Gulf route they can reach the Med via the Suez Canal.

I think you need to show the office of President more respect than call the President a retard. On the other hand, I think Obama's comment the Russia called and wanted their foreign policy back was childish and unbecoming of the office.

This discussion is why I turned the debate off, the entire 90 minutes was a waste of time. Almost noboby gives a hoot about Syria, Lybia, or what see is closest to Syria. It's great for internet discussion but as for this election it's immaterial.

Well, I waited and Gov. Romney has yet to provide any plan beyond just NOT what President Obama would do/is doing. I do have an impression that Gov Romney may be a "nicer" person than I previously thought, and President Obama can be snarky when he wants to be.

 

As previously stated, I am most likely voting for President Obama. Unfortunately for Gov Romney, I just can't vote for the complete repeal of the AHCA, which is supremely important to me.

Good for you. Glad you are voting! The economy is most important to me as my job has been threatened multiple times and I work for a small business owner who is a family man and kept us all working while things were not going well. I'll vote for the guy who has the business experience.

I won't be voting for Romney, but saying he hasn't shown a plan is not true. He has a plan and you can look it up on the interwebs.
