October 23, 201213 yr I didn't really care of Obama's pompous tone when talking about the "horses and bayonets". He could have made that point without coming off that way...just my opinion. I thought it was hilarious and made a good point in a memorable way. The number if ships we had in 1916 versus today is an issue because....?

He has had a couple weak moments but overall is holding his own in an area that is probably Obama's strongest.

I'll be curious to see how many fewer watched this one than last week's. I'd also be curious to know how many checked out after the first 20 minutes.

The majority of Americans either don't know much or don't care much about foreign policy...especially when Monday Night Football and MLB Playoffs are on.
October 23, 201213 yr While Romney is continuing his good showing in the debates, it seems to me that Obama has gotten stronger as this debate has moved on. He is doing a good job as well. I see it as another close debate, probably a toss up. Romney has to hope that Iran path to the sea doesn't come back to haunt him. That has been the only slip up I have seen by either of them tonight.
