Great game! The lead changed several times in the 4th quarter. Scott was inside the 10 yard line at the end of the game as time expired.

Conner is a different team without Fogle. That, being said, Scott is not a pushover, and can flat out run the football almost on anyone. They were 2 yards from tying it up or going for the win. They wore out defensively and gave Barker a lot of time to throw the ball at the end. I really expected more out of Barker.

Wasn't there. Not sure how well Drew Barker played in the first 3 quarters but he rose up in the 4th quarter. 3rd 4th quarter rally this year.

 

Really good to see McKeehan back - first game since Boone I believe.

Hopefully this opens some eyes to people. Scott isn't a push over anymore. A 4-5 record doesn't say much but they can really play. I expect them to finish 5-5 against Brossary next week.

Were you there tonight? The kid was a flat out stud and carried his team to victory. Without Barker, Conner loses this game by 3 TD's. Please tell me you are joking. He was clutch and that is exactly what you want out of your QB when the game is on the line. I was very impressed with his poise down the stretch. I also was very impressed by Castleman from Scott. Kid reminds me of Bruns from Dixie from a year ago.

Heartbreaker for the Eagles; no doubt in my mind that this team is far past what it had been before.

Conner will lose a lot of Seniors after this season.

This game was a fun game to watch. I thought Conner had a lot of players step up big time tonight. Brady Padgett, Andrew Way and Jesse McKeehan all played great. The defense got banged up and I hope all return next week with a full recovery. Let me say this, Scott came to play tonight and I give them so much credit for a really gutsy performance. I knew this game would be a tough one for the Cougars. Tons of credit to Conner for gutting this one out and keeping their #1 seed hopes afloat. Conner missing some key players tonight, but still managed to pull this one out down the stretch. What a game!
