You want a BBQ joint? You want Blues? Then head to The Shed! Of course, it's in Ocean Springs, Miss but it is so......good! Makes Famous Dave's look weak and I love Famous Dave's

Not crazy about Smoky Bones; the other two aren't bad for the money. My favorite was Hoggy's but it closed.
Are the ribs better, the sides, sauce, appetizers? What's the big difference in the 3

Hoggy's was the best in my opinion for great macaroni and cheese. I'm really not a fan of City Barbeque or Famous Daves.

Hoggy's for me as well.

City and Daves are better than none at all but just OK to me.

I'd rank them, City, Dave's, Bones. Bang for the buck, I think Cheddar's serves a nice rack of ribs.

Two incredibly good ribs joints.

R&B's Bar-B-Que - Smoke their ribs out back and fill the air with the aroma of sweet bar-b-que.

The Rib Shack - Dry rub ribs with great baked bens and slaw

But you have to go to Counce, Tennessee and Iuka, Mississippi to find them

Smokey Bones is probably the one I go to the most, but that is because my dad really likes it and always has a $10 if you spend 25 coupon. Famous Daves is definitely good.

Going a little farther south, I like Doc Crowe's Southern Smokehouse & Raw Bar in Louisville.

Nothing compares to the BBQ in Memphis though.

That's why we go to Smokey Bones, too. Went yesterday and the service was terrible! Took forever to get our food. But the kids like it, so that's also why we go as much as we do, too.

I have eaten at all 3 places and find myself going to City Barbeque the most. Love their pulled rib sandwich and their corn pudding. Had some very good rib tips at Famous Daves the one time I have eaten there.

I also enjoy Billys Barbeque in Lexington Ky and Sonnys in either Richmond or Somerset.

I really have not eaten at too many BBQ places around here. City BBQ is good. Didn't like Smokey Bones, never had Daves. I guess my favorite has to be Montgomery Inn.

Montgomery Inn doesn't serve BBQ. Nothing on the menu is cooked on a smoker...

Gotcha. I do like their Ribs smoked or not.

They are solid. Just not the same without the smoke flavor for me...
