August 2, 201214 yr I can't believe FSU is #7. I am an FSU fan. USC will win it all this year. Fight on!!!
August 2, 201214 yr I can't believe FSU is #7. I am an FSU fan. USC will win it all this year. Fight on!!! I sure hope so. I love the SEC and all, but I would like a little variety every now and then.
August 2, 201214 yr Author I can't believe FSU is #7. I am an FSU fan. USC will win it all this year. Fight on!!! Murray State goes to FSU first game of the season to lay the smack down. And by smack I mean the smack of dollar bills hitting their hands as they open up to receive their pay for annihilation.
August 2, 201214 yr I can't believe FSU is #7. I am an FSU fan. USC will win it all this year. Fight on!!! You gotta believe that this is FINALLY the year! God I hope so, because I'm tired of them being predicted high and then having to listen to the avalanche of criticism when they blow it.
August 2, 201214 yr The Ville just on the outside looking in , good for them. Also nice to see Georgia near the top again.
August 2, 201214 yr Just sucks that the new BCS set up isn't this year, because it could be an interesting year with possibly Alabama, LSU Oregon, Oklahoma and USC. Not to mention the 1 or 2 teams that just keep winning throughout the season that happen every year such as TCU, Utah, Oklahoma St. in recent years.

God I hope so, because I'm tired of them being predicted high and then having to listen to the avalanche of criticism when they blow it. September 29 (@USF) will be fun. There is currently no start time for the game. I'm hoping for 7 PM. If both teams are undefeated going in and with USF's propensity for upsetting OOC opponents, it could get the prime ABC TV spot. There may be an outside chance of getting College Game Day, too. I'm not holding my breath for either, though. USF season ticket holders are supposed to get the first crack at the single game tickets, next week or the week after. Any left, not alloted to FSU, will go on sale to the general public after that. However, Nole fans have been buying USF season tickets for this game. I understand that they have bought up all of the $75 tickets (sections 327 and 328 in the southeast corner of Raymond James Stadium right next to the visitor seating in sections 329, 330, and 331). I imagine the band will be in section 132. FSU fans are buying the more expensive season tickets, too. Here is the USF Seating Chart at RJS, if you wish to see where those are. USF is also selling group tickets for the game in lots of 50 in section 232 (Club seating behind the normal visitors section of 132) for $51 a seat, but the purchaser must also buy an equal number of tickets to another USF game at a cost of $29 per ticket. So thats a group of 50 tickets to two games for $80 a pair. These are being purchased by local FSU grads and fans, for the most part. Below is a picture of an actual group purchase. If it's not standing room only, I'll be shocked. The record attendance is 67,012 for the WVU game in 07. Do I sound excited already?
August 2, 201214 yr My current schedule has me working til 10:30 on Saturdays, I think my last week of vacation time is going to be nothing but Saturday half days in September and October so I can catch the evening games. I'm so ready for some football.
August 2, 201214 yr I figured UofL would be just outside the Top 25, as they should be. Gives them something to shoot for. They should be Top 20 by seasons end, IMO. FSU/USF won't be close...
August 3, 201214 yr Got to love how Notre Dame is always ranked. They have no QB and lost their only real weapon on offense.......The SEC is so strong again this year. IMO USC is the only team that has a solid shot outside of the SEC. Edited August 3, 201214 yr by PurplePride92
August 3, 201214 yr You gotta believe that this is FINALLY the year! God I hope so, because I'm tired of them being predicted high and then having to listen to the avalanche of criticism when they blow it. I'd feel better if Greg Reid(deservedly) hadn't been kicked off the team.

IMO USC is the only team that has a solid shot outside of the SEC. I agree with you about USC and do not believe that anyone else is close.
