July 27, 201214 yr As far as I'm concerned, this is an extremely unfair hardship on these Penn State players. I think the NCAA should be holding a "scholarship fair" at the university and having all the interested coaches come put their offers on the tables to the different players all at once. They deserve to be given every opportunity in the world to go where the grass is greener.
