Didn't do the fries, because I'm trying to watch the calories right now. Got to be able to fit into that snowsuit come winter.

Have the fries....Summer's not ending soon..you'll melt it off.

I'm learning. :D.

I am learning this random moment romance thing that you guys like so much doesn't have to cost a lot of money. Sometimes a lazy drive on a Sunday afternoon does the trick. Or an unscheduled trip to Orange Leaf on a hot evening.

I'm learning.

You mean a stand for hypocrisy. He is being intolerant toward the President of Chick fil'a's beliefs.

I agree he is being intolerant. Just saying I don't think his stand is against morals, it's against the intolerant beliefs expressed by the CEO of CFA...

I actually am going to email the CFA I went to tonight because the girl working DT said "My Pleasure". It stands out to me because when I got my first hotel job, it as at The Brown. The owner at the time was a former Ritz-Carlton guy and he INSISTED that we never responded to a "thank you" with "you're welcome", but with "it's my pleasure". We could get written up for doing otherwise. Although now owned by a different owner, that is one of the distinctive principles of service at The Brown. But I rarely hear it anywhere else. And because I don't, I always am appreciative when I do. The phrase is so ingrained in me that I use it in my everyday life. And I've notice since I left The Brown, that I am even more conscious of the fact that when I say "my pleasure", I really mean it in a literal sense. "You're welcome" just doesn't convey the real feeling of satisfaction I get when I do something for which someone feels gratitude. Probably yet another thing people will out down as weird about me.

It's a requirement at Chick Fil A to say that.

I'm guessing you skipped out on the sweet tea too. Man, you really missed out on the CFA experience!

Well....I am an even bigger fan! :D

I actually had a friend quit when she found that out. Said it was too fake for her.

Probably doesn't really "feel" it, huh?

I'm new to the thread. And I will say this and ONLY this.

Just because someone or some place is not for gay "marriage" doesn't mean they are "anti-gay".

Maybe. But it does mean that they don't think that gay people should be able to marry the person that they love...so seems to me that they are at least somewhat "anti-gay."

If I believe gravy and ice cream shouldn't be used together does that mean I'm anti gravy or anti ice cream?

It means you are wise because the gravy will melt the ice cream.
